Our Recovery Environment
Our home is designed to create a structured and supportive atmosphere where residents can focus fully on recovery. The programme encourages accountability, routine, personal growth and community support.
Morning Meditation
Daily meditation and serenity groups to start the day with clarity and purpose.
Weekly Planning
Individual goal setting, accountability sessions and structured weekly planning with staff.
House Meetings
Weekly community meetings where residents work together and support one another.
Counsellor Check-ins
One-on-one weekly sessions with a counsellor to track progress and address challenges.
Step Work Groups
Regular structured groups to work through the 12-step programme with peers.
Accountability
Random drug and alcohol testing ensures a safe, sober environment for all residents.
Resident Responsibilities
Recovery requires active participation. All residents are expected to:
Work, volunteer, or study during their stay
Have a sponsor and actively work a 12-step programme
Attend a minimum of four fellowship meetings weekly
Attend all compulsory activities punctually
Participate in weekly house meetings
Fulfil assigned house duties
Treat all residents, staff and visitors with respect
Take care of the property and its contents
